New multi-year service agreement with UMC secures the role of leading promo distributor for YANGAROO DMDS
Have you heard the news? Canada’s largest music company has locked in with us long-term. Actually, this is just a formality – they’ve been virtually locked in since the aughts when we first came on the scene, facilitating the industry transition from wasteful and costly CD-PROs. Some of you might still remember shipping or receiving those discs in the mail, some of you were still learning to ride a bike for the first time. Either way, expect UMC to continue digitally delivering all their exciting new music from their leading domestic and international roster of superstar artists like Drake, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Luke Bryan, Arkells and so many more to their broadcast and promo outlet partners.
It’s business as usual, but now with the assurance that we’ll continue to break new music with UMC for the long haul. Coupled with similar support from the other two major labels, we’re able to fine tune our focus to continue to evolve, improve, and develop solutions and tools for efficient media management and distribution tailored to the ever-changing needs of the music industry.
