Over two decades of iteration & innovation
Since breaking into the industry over 20 years ago, our mandate has been to drive strong organic growth, while providing effective and cost-efficient solutions for the entertainment industry.
Yangaroo was founded by a Music Entrepreneur and an Investment Banker who believed that in order for the music industry to successfully propel itself into the digital age, it must embrace new technology. Our mantra was to develop secure digital distribution platforms that would deliver music and videos to broadcasters and other global media outlets in a matter of seconds. This led to the development of our core underlying patented technology we call the Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS).
Fast forward 20 years, and DMDS is now 100% cloud-based with APIs that allow for deep integration into vigorous market solutions and client-proprietary software systems. Both senders and receivers of advertising, music & entertainment content can manage their files without specialized hardware in a manner that is both efficient and cost-effective. Whether it’s for record companies, independent artists, music promoters, advertising agencies, post-production houses, broadcast cable networks, stations, or awards shows, our DMDS platform will streamline the file management process, ensuring quality, while saving our clients time and dollars.
The leadership team
Grant has more than 25 years of international corporate, business development, production, and senior managerial and administrative experience in the advertising services industry.
Dom is a CPA/CA with over 12 years of public accounting, corporate finance, and financial reporting experience working with publicly traded companies.
Rich is a serial entrepreneur and digital media innovator with more than 15 years of IT development and management experience.
Adam has ten years of sales, marketing, and business development experience and is responsible for the management and growth of the music & Award Shows division.

Office & work-from-home staff locations
Yangaroo headquarters is in the very cool & creative Liberty Village, where we manage in-house production services, software development, QC, client services, and the finance & accounting teams.
The Music & Award Shows teams are also in Liberty Village managing sales and all business development effort.
NEW YORK CITY
Our USA sales staff are always on the move, but base themselves mostly in the Meatpacking District office, alongside our account and client service staff looking after local and interstate clients.
Our West coast sales & account management team work between their work-from-home set-ups and cool co-sharing offices in Playa Vista, West Hollywood & Burbank convenient for client meetings, presentations and catch-ups.
Our mid-west sales and broadcast support team are based in Chicago managing our services and the thousands of affiliates (destinations) on-going requirements.
We regularly base ourselves from a cool co-sharing office in Brickell, the greater downtown of Miami for local market meetings and catch-ups as we continue to grow and develop Miami and the LatAm region.
We are currently in full business development mode here in Mexico expanding our reach across Central & South America.
Based in Ireland’s warm and welcoming capital city, our Irish team provide easy and efficient promotional music distribution to local radio and other music tastemakers across Ireland and surrounding markets.
