Canadian island-pop artist Omega Mighty has an eclectic sound, switching from Jamaican patois, sultry vocals and an energetic rap flow with confidence. She carefully blends elements of Pop and R&B with Reggae/Dancehall, incorporating her Caribbean heritage. In 2023, Omega released her sophomore EP “Notorious & Noble” featuring lead single “Rush Dem”, earning her a JUNO nomination for Reggae Recording of the year. With over 250,000 project streams, Omega is known for her innovation and fusion of genres. Most recently, she was selected to write the City of Brampton’s new anthem “Celebrate You”, was selected as one of CBC Music’s Searchlight Top 10 Artists 2024, and was named one of Toronto Life’s 25 Rising Stars 2024. Her latest reggae-fusion single “Winning” is in rotation with CBC Music, SiriusXm, Flow98.7, Vibe 105.5 and has even made its way to ZipFM in Jamaica.
