Details, Terms & Conditions:
• Shoot a 5/15 seconds video, upload it to YOUR OFFICIAL SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS, and get as many Likes, Shares, and Re-tweets you can
• “Votes” (Likes, Shares, Re-tweets) WILL BE ONLY VALID IF A “VOTER” (person) HAS LIKED OR SHARED BOTH THE PARTICIPANTS’ POSTS, and LIKED/FOLLOWED THE RESPECTIVE YANGAROO DMDS SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORK (Likes for Facebook, or Follows for Twitter and Instagram)
• Existing participants (in above video) must share the video in their social site/s ALWAYS TAGGING US AND USING THE HASHTAG #IDeserveAirplay
• New participants must create and share a 5/15 seconds video in their social site/s ALWAYS TAGGING US AND USING THE HASHTAG #IDeserveAirplay
• Only unique “Likes” and Shares/Retweets of no repeated users/fans will be validated (no more than two posts are permitted per participant)
• A vote will be given to every unique Like, Share, and Re-tweet
• Participation will only be valid for posts receiving AT LEAST 25 “votes”
• Contest goes from the May 26th to June 29th, 2016.
• The YANGAROO DMDS Team will use its best judgment and discernment to make this contest fair and transparent as much as possible. Any “vote” (Like) or contestant that may be suspected of fraudulent or false proceeding will be discarded forever from the contest
• YANGAROO DMDS does not assume any rights to the uploaded material; uploaders maintain 100% ownership of their master recordings, publishing, and songwriting credits
• YANGAROO DMDS is not responsible and liable for the material each contestant upload. It includes but is not limited to copyrights infringement, dislikes, negative comments — or even system issues like Facebook banning any upload or this being deleted or any other issue related
• By uploading content and participating, you agree to indemnify and hold YANGAROO and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, employees, directors, officers or partners harmless from any claim or demand including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any Media you upload to the Site, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of these T&C or your violation of the rights of any party
• Contestant must be fully aware about DMDS Accounts and Services: For example, but not limited to: A) Submitting your music via DMDS for broadcast consideration means that YANGAROO DMDS cannot guarantee material delivered will be broadcasted by any radio station or TV Network. B) Memberships and delivery charges are covered, but prize do not include any post-production work. C) If any broadcaster considered any material to be broadcasted, that material may incur additional charges
• Since the nature of this contest is to help new recording and independent artists that doesn’t have the support of large resources, major record label companies or management companies — or similar — cannot participate
• To be eligible for any prize, contestants must answer correctly a simple skill-mathematical question.
• YANGAROO DMDS Team reserves the right to add and change the rules — and cancel this contest at any time
• Prizes will be a full free YANGAROO DMDS radio or TV delivery/submission as per participant’s choice. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable in cash (prices will be redeemable within 6 months of winning)
