President of Ireland welcomes YANGAROO Music Ireland
In a recent statement, the President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins, talks about Ireland’s musical heritage and how our technology supports the music industry.
“…I believe that initiatives such as Yangaroo can enable us all to play our part, to the benefit of all. By embracing and creating new opportunities such as this, for the benefit of music makers and the public alike, we can ensure that Irish music continues to be created by us, for us, and that we can continue to bring Irish music to the international stage, representing – as it does so very well – the best of Irishness.” he says in a release submmited by Yangaroo Music Ireland on Friday.
