• How do I get my spot to Yangaroo DMDS for delivery?

  You’ve got options. You can send us your Tape Master if you’d like, but it is generally faster and easier to get you or your Post Facility/Production House associated with your account so files can be uploaded digitally. They can be uploaded to us utilizing a host of different tools, with the most effective being our Yangaroo DMDS Manager App for PC or Mac. It has built in QC tools to make sure the quality of the files is excellent and it accelerates uploads as much as 10x.

• Ok, my spot has been uploaded. Now what?

  Login and Send out your Order. If you need to work with or view the file that was uploaded, go to your File Manager, where you can update data (Sync with Ad-Id), view your spot, send test versions to other team members, or convert the file into a different format.

  Any outlet can quickly and easily receive content via Yangaroo DMDS. We already have pretty much every broadcaster in North America available inside of the system. 90% of our deliveries are distributed online. For the remaining, a physical tape is sent to the facility. We maintain the same rates for both offline and online sends.

• Is it hard for an outlet to get ‘Online’ with Yangaroo DMDS?

  We’ve made our system easy to use and extremely powerful. An outlet can be setup in one of three ways. Yangaroo DMDS Web, Yangaroo DMDS Deliver or Yangaroo DMDS Manager. Yangaroo DMDS Web provides the destination with our web based interface to access, review and confirm required media (Instant). Yangaroo DMDS Deliver allows us to Push or the outlet to Pull spots and data from us utilizing a variety of different communication protocols (Couple hours effort). Yangaroo DMDS Manager is the ‘Ferrari’ option – allowing deep integrations and customizations for the most complex file based workflows and all sorts of options to plug into existing systems from vendors like Telestream, Harris, Avid and many more (anywhere from half a day to a couple of days).
