  • Yangaroo Response to COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus)

    At Yangaroo, the health and safety of our employees is our top priority. As we continue to navigate the situation with COVID-19, we’re taking necessary steps to protect the health and wellbeing of every employee.

    Prioritizing the safety of our Employees and greater community.

    • Offices. Our offices remain open, but we have implemented a Work-from-home policy for all of our employees. We have deployed and adjusted our technology to enable us to work remotely in an efficient and effective manner, allowing us to provide uninterrupted service to our clients as necessary and meeting all Service Level Agreements.
    • Sanitization. For employees that require to visit the offices from time to time we have enhanced our office sanitation efforts for cleaning and self-protection in the offices. Sanitization products are readily available including facemasks, gloves, and hand sanitizer, and we have increased cleaning the offices as recommended by the health and safety recommendations.
    • Community. We have adjusted our travel policies, suspended event attendance, and actively promote remote video-conference meetings, until further notice.
    • Staying informed. We are listening to and providing our employees with the most up-to-date health and safety procedures as outlined by the CDC, WHO, Health Canada and The US Department of Health and local Health Authorities.
